Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the ULMove platform at ulmove.com. ULMove is a service connecting ULM pilots, passengers, aircraft owners and flying clubs/schools.

By registering, the user accepts these Terms.

Registration requires a valid email and password. The user must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The account is personal and non-transferable.

ULMove provides flight sharing publication, secure Stripe payment, digital logbook, fleet management for clubs, peer rental marketplace, and public showcase pages.

Pilots offering cost-shared flights must hold a valid ULM license, insurance covering cost-sharing, comply with the French decree of August 18, 2016, limit to 3 passengers, charge only direct costs.

Payments are processed by Stripe. ULMove may charge a service fee (10% during launch phase, transparently communicated on each flight).

ULMove is a technical intermediary. ULMove is not the flight operator and is not liable for flight safety, pilot qualifications, aircraft condition, weather, or disputes between users.

Identity theft, false statements, harassment, payment circumvention and illicit content are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Users may delete their account at any time. ULMove may suspend accounts breaching the Terms.

ULMove may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Paris, except for consumer-specific provisions.
