Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the ULMove platform at ulmove.com. ULMove is (i) management software for microlight (ULM) clubs, schools, owners and pilots, and (ii) a public directory connecting the public with clubs and schools offering discovery flights (VLD/VLO).

ULMove does not offer, and does not allow the offering of, cost-shared microlight flights. The French OPS-ULM order of 17 February 2025, applicable from 1 April 2026, does not permit publicly offering cost-shared microlight flights. Flights listed on ULMove are discovery flights offered under the sole responsibility of the organising club or school.

By registering, the user accepts these Terms.

Registration requires a valid email and password. The user must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The account is personal and non-transferable.

ULMove provides a public directory of club discovery flights, a digital logbook, fleet, maintenance and accounting management for clubs, a peer rental marketplace, public showcase pages, and secure Stripe payment for the services it invoices.

Clubs and schools listing discovery flights remain solely responsible for the compliance of their activity: DGAC activity declaration under the OPS-ULM order of 17 February 2025, flight register and annual quotas, valid pilot licences and qualifications, liability insurance covering passengers, airworthy aircraft, and their own invoicing and collection of the flight price. Listing cost-shared microlight flights is prohibited on the platform.

Discovery flights are neither sold nor collected by ULMove: payment is made directly to the organising club or school, under its own booking, cancellation and refund conditions. For services invoiced through the platform, payments are processed by Stripe and any ULMove service fee is displayed before the transaction.

ULMove is a technical intermediary. ULMove is not the flight operator and is not liable for flight safety, pilot qualifications, aircraft condition, weather, or disputes between users.

Identity theft, false statements, harassment, payment circumvention and illicit content are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Users may delete their account at any time. ULMove may suspend accounts breaching the Terms.

ULMove may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Paris, except for consumer-specific provisions.
